Jamie Carragher will play at World Cup?

England national team soach Fabio Capello phoned 32-year-old Liverpool stopper Jamie Carragher and asked whether he wants to reactivate his status in the national jersey.

Carragher played his last match for England in 2007 and explained that he will be replaced with younger players. Carragher has played a total of 34 matches for the English team.

According to the English media, still is not know what Karager decided, but as things stand in the case of a positive answer he will play at World Cup 2010 in South Africa.
