Torres performance in first match at World Cup is questionable

Fernando Torres is not likely to occur in the first match of Spain at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa on the 16th of June, against the Swiss.
Information is published by Peter Brukner from Liverpool medical services, who will be part of medical staff of South African team at World Cup 2010.
"His performance in the first game for Spain is certainly questionable. We're not anxious to hurry him along too much because we want the long-term benefit, but we're aware he's got the short-term goal of playing in the World Cup.
Torres had an operation on his right knee in Barcelon.
