Torres performance at World Cup 2010 is questionable

Spain, one of the favorites of the 2010 World Cup, maybe will play without Torres, whose performance at the World Cup is questionable because of the knee surgery.

Liverpool attacker and player of Spanish national football team will be absent from the pitch about a month and a half, announced from Liverpool.

Fernando Torres will miss the final matches of English Championship, and will not be available to Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez for the semifinal matches of the European league against Atletico Madrid.

Due to this surgery it is questionable whether El Niño will be ready for the World Cup 2010 in South Africa, which starts on June 10, at which Spain who are European champion, will be one of favorites for title.
