Maradona offered money to FIFA to cancel ban

Maradona spoke about two month long ban, with which he was punished by FIFA, but that bann has finally ended. He deserve this ban for insulting journalists, and this happened after Argentina qualify for the World Cup 2010.

Maradona said that his two months were very difficult, because he was not able to talk to the players, and the ban was also valid for phone conversation, so Maradona could not communicate with the players in any way.

Maradona has admitted that he offered money to FIFA to abolish the punishment, because there is a little time to prepare for the World Cup, but FIFA has not agreed with this. For an illustration of which amount of money was involved, Maradona said that with this money a new stadium in South Africa can be built.
