CAN: Mali appealed against unfair match between Angola and Algeria

Mali Football Federation lodged an official protest to the African Football Federation (CAF) due to the result of match between Angola and Algeria. Namely, this match ended draw (0-0), and so these two teams (Algeria and Angola) have passed to quarter finals, while Mali has not passed.
"We put the complaint because it was obvious that neither team wants to achieve that goal, and both teams play at the 0-0 result", said , Alassane Souleymane from Mali Football Association.
Finally Angola passed to quarter finals as group winners with five points, Algeria and Mali both have four points, but Algeria was better in match against Mali so Algeria is second, while Malawi is last with three points.
CAF has not yet commented on Mali complaint.
